“My name is ChrisPrebeg and I am a 20 year old Personal Trainer. Growing up, I was very skinny and lanky. Through the start of my sports career, I decided to gain muscle and strength to help improve my game.

“After much hard work and dedication I got myself into personal training, for the sole reason to help people to achieve their goals. When one achieves their goals, their confidence increases, their health gets better and their way of life is improved, which makes me very happy.

“Personally, I love to powerlift and strength train. My goal is to become a competitor in powerlifting or strongman competitions.

“When I’m not in the gym, I enjoy playing and watching all different kinds of sports. Also, I’m currently attending school at St. Clair College for policing; hoping to one day, continue helping people in and out of the gym.”

“I enjoy the fitness field myself so personal training and teaching group fitness classes to help people achieve their goals while having fun in the process was what I wanted to do. I bring with me years of experience in the fitness field both personally and professionally. I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Fitness Instructor & Certified TRX Instructor.

“I am also a mother of 2 teenagers. In my spare time you will find meworking out myself which includes aerobics, running, spinning & weight training. My hobbies include participating in various running races, half marathons, relay runs, skydiving, white water rafting and a completion of a Tough Mudder.”
