Boot Camp

Come let Aaron whip you into shape by joining him for an hour of intense exercises that will help build your strength and increase your overall fitness level. This class includes a full body workout using a variety of different strength and endurance exercises.
 

Glute Camp

A brief class primarily focusing on strengthening and toning the legs, and glutes while promoting weight loss, strength, stability and athletic performance. Exercises involve the use of free weights and body weight to engage the entire core, building strength and endurance. Participants are sure to get a good burn in the glutes, thighs, and hips.
 

Core Fusion

This 30 minute class focuses on core strength which includes both the abdominal and lower back regions. Incorporates medicine balls, weights, body resistance, and more as it strengthens the midsection. Join me for this quick but intense workout. Devote 30 minutes to strengthening your abs and lower back to improve posture and core strength!
 

Body Stretch (+yoga)

A blend of Yoga, Pilates & stretching to strengthen and stretch the core. It will help to access the correct muscles to achieve perfect placement, build abdominal strength and dramatically increase flexibility.  Ideal for those interested in toning and stretching.
 

Abs & Stretch

This 30 minute class will focus on your core, deeply stretching and using various core exercises to strengthen and tighten your midsection.
 

TRX

TRX was first developed by the military for some high intensity training. It’s becoming one of the best ways to work out now. No experience is necessary to join this class. Come out and join Jon and learn and apply over 200 different combinations of workouts. This class is limited to 5 people per class, so hurry and sign up.
 

H.I.I.T. (high intensity interval training)

H.I.I.T. High Intensity Interval Training refers to workouts where you perform exercises at a near-maximal effort for specific intervals of time, with or without rest between movements. HIIT requires that you push yourself as hard as you can for short bursts, repeatedly, with limited recovery. These workouts can save you time and take your fitness to the next level. Feel great and burn over 375 calories in a 30 minute class.
 

Cardio Blaster

Get conditioned with a high intensity cardio workout from the high intensity workout queen Cynthia!!! This high energy class involves constant movements, and is a great way to burn away your unwanted calories!
 

Tight & Tone

The name says it all! This half hour class is done using body weight movements on a mat, focusing mainly on core and legs. Full body Frenzy!!! –Thursdays 7:00pm-7:30pm Get your whole body pumped up with this high energy workout. If a rock hard core is what you’re looking for, then this class is for you!
 

Booty Ballet

This half hour class includes different exercises focusing on building your booty. Ashley focuses on toning your butt and legs by doing a variation of body weight exercises. Come join Ashley for new, fun ways to get in shape and tone your butt.
 

TRX

This class will be half an hour of various exercises performed using the TRX ropes. Come out and join Gonzo, a certified TRX trainer, to learn the correct way and form of these many TRX moves. You will learn lots of fun, challenging, and very beneficial workouts!
